Easter holidays have passed. Scales shows me 63.2 kg (139 lbs.) :(And I realized -Today is a good day to
start slimming! J Again and different. My plan is slimming
again with Onion Soup Diet for 7 days or longer. Again, because 1 and 2
time it was with good results. Before and after Christmas I was lost 3 kg (7 lbs.)
each time. It was great to these holidays.
No: flour, sugar, alcohol, coffee, milk, butter, egg, fast food and non-healthy snacks.

- drink more than 2 l water
- do some exercise ( 3 step butt, stationary bike)
