Start 63.2, 1st day of diet


Start:

Morning, scales show me 63.2 kg.
Breakfast: 1 big pear 200g (116 kcal) and 300ml green tea.
Snack: Onion soup- version from beets. Add more turmeric and parsley.  Taste good.  


Today’s results:  eat 4 big soup portion, 5 big pears, 5 small apples, 3 big yellow plums.
And ride 60 minutes stationary bike. Unbelievable. I`m proud of myself! J
