Lose almost 2 Kilos in 3 days, great ! 3 and 4 th day



3th day

62.1 kg.I felt good all day. Daily diet:  beet soup, vegetable and fruits, green tea. Finally my 6 liters of beet soup are eaten. On dinner made tomatoes soup: preparation of vegetables for cooking takes 10-15 minutes, chopped with Wuskansway 5 minutes, boiling 3 minutes. Tasted soup and decide not blending, taste really interesting and good. Had small headaches on afternoon.










4th day

61.4 kg. Nice.  (3 days and loss of 1.8 kg, it`s 3.96 lbs). Tomato soup and bananas day. Eat every 1-2 hours, on day 1200-1300 kcal, 2-3 liters of green tea or water. Counting calories is not obligatory, but I still do it for this week. Sometimes have headache and then eat more fruits and soup. It`s Friday. Hope to stay on diet :D
