7th day - 60.8 kg


Day start with 60.8 kg. Good,but not best results. I really feel good all day and 2 time day drink coffee with milk and sugar. Today's is veggies an fruit day.
And tomatoes soup is end, so, I make fast green soup- it`s delicious of all this 3 soup. While watch TV get 40 mins exercise on bike.

6th day

Still 61 kg.
Eat 1466 cal,  meat and salmon too.

5th day


Summary of 5th day:
61 kg great result
Soup, and finally meat day. And , yes, coffee too.
Sunny day and great day for bicycling with kids for 1 hour. Eat 1552 cal. Stationary bike exercise 60 mins.

4th day of diet- Friday's results

My entertainment results: coffee with milk+ brownie, caffe latte + chicken nuggets (snacks in restaurant and cafeteria ). And home do stationary bike workout 65 minutes.

Lose almost 2 Kilos in 3 days, great ! 3 and 4 th day



3th day

62.1 kg.I felt good all day. Daily diet:  beet soup, vegetable and fruits, green tea. Finally my 6 liters of beet soup are eaten. On dinner made tomatoes soup: preparation of vegetables for cooking takes 10-15 minutes, chopped with Wuskansway 5 minutes, boiling 3 minutes. Tasted soup and decide not blending, taste really interesting and good. Had small headaches on afternoon.










4th day

61.4 kg. Nice.  (3 days and loss of 1.8 kg, it`s 3.96 lbs). Tomato soup and bananas day. Eat every 1-2 hours, on day 1200-1300 kcal, 2-3 liters of green tea or water. Counting calories is not obligatory, but I still do it for this week. Sometimes have headache and then eat more fruits and soup. It`s Friday. Hope to stay on diet :D

2nd day of diet

Good morning! 62.4 kg  it`s  0.8 kg less ( 1.7 lbs) :)
But Morning wasn`t so good. I have had a headache since yesterday afternoon. I need coffee. But this page help me to not give up and i eat many vegetables and soup. Eat all 1200 kcal. Mostly it was soup spinach, carrots, beets and cherry tomatoes. My tasty lunch:

Start 63.2, 1st day of diet


Start:

Morning, scales show me 63.2 kg.
Breakfast: 1 big pear 200g (116 kcal) and 300ml green tea.
Snack: Onion soup- version from beets. Add more turmeric and parsley.  Taste good.  


Today’s results:  eat 4 big soup portion, 5 big pears, 5 small apples, 3 big yellow plums.
And ride 60 minutes stationary bike. Unbelievable. I`m proud of myself! J

Today is a good day to start !

Easter holidays have passed. Scales shows me 63.2 kg (139 lbs.) :(And I realized -Today is a good day to start slimming! J Again and different. My plan is slimming again with Onion Soup Diet for 7 days or longer.  Again, because 1 and 2 time it was with good results. Before and after Christmas I was lost 3 kg (7 lbs.) each time. It was great to these holidays.
  • This time I have a stronger plan for 7 days: Eat every 2-3 hours onion soup or small snacks
  •    count calories in iPhone
  •   drink more than 2 l water
  •  do some exercise ( 3 step butt, stationary bike)

No: flour, sugar, alcohol, coffee, milk, butter, egg, fast food and non-healthy snacks.

I was fed up for onion soup diet, so I search for other this soup versions and found on Mac book other these soup versions for free : https://itunes.apple.com/lv/book/9-onion-diet-soups-recipes/id966695913?mt=11 Try it and hope I get good result.

Also good think is count calories, I like MyfitnessPals app on iPhone. I try to get 1200 kcal on day.
