After 30 days Ab and THIGH challenge. Let the picture speak.


30 day challenge are passed. I did it for my self, and I`m really glad to see me after in the pic. And the best of all- feel my IRON AB under my little belly ;)
Hardest of all was 1 hour last days workout.
And weight: 60.1 kg ( 132 lbs ).
